Ordering prints
We know you're busy, so we made ordering prints a very quick process. You can easily just make prints of one or two special photos, or select a whole album or holiday. Storing your photos online with us means that reprints are just as easy, too!
To quickly order prints of your most recent album, click on the “Order Prints” option in the main menu. You will see a small selection of albums. Tick the checkbox beside the album you wish to print, and click the “Order Prints” button. This album will be added to your shopping cart
For more detailed orders, use the following steps to order prints:
- Browse through your albums and put a tick in the checkbox beside every photo or entire album you wish to print.
- When you're done browsing, click the "Order Prints" button. If you're ready to complete your purchase, click on the "Shopping Cart" link found on the top right of every page.
- You will be directed to your shopping cart.
- To set quantity and size for individual prints, update their settings in the cart.
- To set quantity and size for all prints in the cart, use the “Quick Order” menu found near the top of the page.

- Your print settings will be saved. You can now continue the checkout process by clicking the "Start Checkout" button.
- This will take you to the Delivery / Pick-Up Method page. Here you can select whether you would like to pick up your item or have them “shipped to home”, and if you would like express or standard processing. (Sorry, these options are not available for all products.) Use the tabs in Step One at the top of the page to set your order preferences. To enter or change your pick up location click on the "Change Store Location" link in the Pick Up tab. Use the tabs in Step Two to indicate your processing preferences
- Options will become available or be removed from the page depending on which delivery method you select. Fill out the page completely, and then click the "Continue Checkout" button.
- Next is the final order summary page. Ensure that all of the delivery and order information is correct, and then enter your payment information. Click the "Complete Order" button.
To create a featured gift based on your print, click the "Create More Products" link below the item's thumbnail in the shopping cart. To create a poster based on your print, click the "Add Poster" link in the item's Size column.
If you have any available promotional offers or codes to redeem, you can do so near the bottom of the shopping cart page Please note that only one code at a time can be applied to each item in your cart, or only one order-wide discount code may be used per order.

Ordering gifts is as easy as ordering prints.
Use the following steps to order gifts:
- Once you have uploaded your photos, click on the "My Projects” or “Gift” tabs in the main menu to find the type of item you wish to make.
- Follow the instructions to create and design your item. When you are done, click the "Add to Cart" button.
- The shopping cart screen shows you a summary of your order and allows you to make final changes. You can alter the quantity of items in your order, preview items, and quickly add gifts and photo products based on your prints. On the right side of the screen your order total will be dynamically updated. When you are satisfied with your purchase, click the "Start Checkout" button.
- This will take you to the Delivery / Pick-Up Method page. Items ordered on the RiteAid Photo Center are available for pick-up at the store location of your choice (Today or In Days service) or through mail delivery (Ship to Home service).
- The Today service level will generally have your items available for pickup within 3-4 hours.
- The In Days service level will generally have your items available for pickup within 3-5 days.
- The Ship to Home service level will generally arrive at your home within 5-7 days.
The Ship to Home service involves an additional shipping charge, as outlined in the table below:

Submitting materials to this firm for printing or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents, even though by our negligence or other fault, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of film, processing or disk. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by us of any material is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
Quality Disclaimer
RiteAid is not responsible for poor quality prints resulting from improper cropping. Each print size has its own slightly different rectangular shape (known as the aspect ratio). For example, a 4 x 6" print looks skinny compared to an 8 x 10", which is more like a square. To make your image fit these varying print shapes, photo labs typically enlarge the image slightly and crop off what doesn't fit. To ensure that important portions of your image are not lost in this cropping process, you should always preview your images before proceeding to the checkout by clicking on each thumbnail image in your shopping cart. You can then adjust the cropping for each print yourself to ensure your prints always turn out the way you want.
RiteAid is not responsible for poor quality prints resulting from the use of a low-resolution image. Using a low-resolution image for certain items will produce a warning in the shipping cart before you can proceed to the checkout. At that point, you may continue to use the image, but at your own risk.
